SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return / Exchange Policy Our customers have a 30 day return policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund*, less shipping charges. Items are subject to a 25% restock fee. All items must be returned in original component packaging in condition as received. Damaged items or installed items will be subject to review.  

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. We do NOT refund the cost shipping only the purchase price of the item. 

Returns

Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment. NO Return Authorization is required. Send your return to the address below.*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.Email info@tunersmall.com, Telephone: 954-345-7852, or FAX 954-345-7851 (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Tuners Mall will NOT receive credit for the return. Please make sure to insure your item when you ship it back. Any damage done to the item during shipping will cause a delay in your credit return. 

Exchanges

Option #1 For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item online. Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. Tell us what you want it replaced with. NO Return Authorization is required. New Shipping charges will apply for all exchanges.

Option#2 For those not wishing to purchase a new item before returning the old should send us an email to info@tunersmall.com with subject line “[YOUR ORDER NUMBER – RETURN]” and one of our staff will be in touch with you within 24 hours of receipt of email. If you do not hear back within the 24 hour period, please call us at 954-345-7852.  The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return, exchange, and reorder. Shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

Defect in workmanship must be presented to us by fax or e-mail within 15 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Shortages or Incorrect Orders

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, e-mail, or phone within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations

Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders which have already reached our distribution center or manufacturer cannot be cancelled, changed, or stopped. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped.

Shipping Information.

All Orders are shipped via UPS for domestic and international. Either Standard Ground, UPS 3-Day, or UPS 2nd Day Air deliver is available for domestic shipping. International shipping will ship out via UPS International or DHL international services. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online. There is no hidden handling charges. Items shipped internationally may be subject to that countries import fees, which we do not cover. Please check with your local customs agency for information. See below for conditions:

UPS Ground: UPS ground can take up to 7 days for delivery depending on how far your address is away from our location or the manufacturer location if the item is being drop-shipped. Do not include weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries on weekends or holidays. If you request a special Saturday delivery please contact us directly. 

3 Day Select: (3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground) Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. Only that we will ship the order using UPS 3 Day Select. Meaning, you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped. Do not include weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries on weekends or holidays. If you request a special Saturday delivery please contact us directly. 

2nd Day Air: 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order two days after the order is placed. Only that we will ship your order using UPS 2nd Day Air. Meaning, you will receive your order within 2 business days, once the order has shipped. Do not include weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries on weekends or holidays. If you request a special Saturday delivery please contact us directly. 

FREIGHT SHIPPING: Some items may ship out freight. These items will require 2-3 days of handling and packing time before the order can be picked up. Freight charges will be determined based on the purchasers ship-to address from the original shipment point. A representative will contact you before the item is ready to ship.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING OPTION: Any item(s) qualifying for free ground shipping will be shipped via the preferred method of the manufacturer/seller.  Do not include weekends or holidays as delivery unless shipping method used delivers on weekends.
